Cooking time 20 mins

Ingredients:
4 chicken drumsticks
½ cup plain yogurt
1 Tbls tandoori paste
Pinch salt
1 tsp fresh ginger
1 tsp fresh garlic

Method:
·        Score each drumstick 3 times with a sharp knife.
·        Mix the remaining ingredients.
·        Place the chicken into the marinade and mix well.
·        Allow to marinade for 1 hr.
·        Bake in the Vortex, Vortex Plus, Vortex Oven or Duo Crisp at 180 for 20 mins turning halfway through the cooking time.
·        Serve with cucumber ribbons and yogurt mixed with chopped coriander.
