HOW IT WORKS?
Step 1.
Go to the cashier at your nearest Incredible store.
Step 2.
Ask the cashier for a virtual product or service, or a Flash token to top up your Flash balance.
Step 3.
Pay the cashier and take your physical slip.
Step 4.
Use the number string or PIN on your slip to redeem your product.
Step 5.
You’ve successfully bought a virtual product or service from Incredible!

1Voucher has a broad partner network where you can pay for goods and services online or instore using the 16-digit PIN on your voucher.

Select 1Voucher as your payment method

Enter the 16-digit PIN on your 1Voucher slip and confirm payment

You’ve successfully paid or topped up using 1Voucher!
CAN I TOP-UP 1VOUCHER?
Once the PIN has been redeemed, your top-up/payment is made to the value of the 1voucher purchased.

The total value of the purchased voucher will be credited during the redemption process on the partner platform. A 1Voucher is a bearer document that is used as tender. If it is lost or damaged, the value thereof cannot be recovered, replaced, or refunded. 1Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded in cash, once a 1Voucher is purchased it is only valid for transactions on partner platforms. A 1Voucher is valid for a period of three years after it is purchased. 1Voucher reserves the right to add and/or remove a listed partner at any time without notice.
