The Air Fryer Pork Belly Bites are absolutely drool-worthy. They are crispy and sticky on the outside, juicy and tender on the inside.

Cook Time: 12 - 15 mins
Serves: 6 -8

Ingredients:
1 kg pork belly
2 Tbls brown sugar
1 ½ Tbls smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
Pinch salt
Black pepper
Olive oil cooking spray

Sauce:
2 Tbls brown sugar
¼ cup barbeque sauce
3 Tbls honey
1 Tbls soya sauce

Method:
· Cut the pork belly into 5 cm square pieces.
· Mix the sugar, paprika, garlic powder, salt & pepper together.
· Toss the pork in the dry rub mix.
· Place uncovered in a bowl in the fridge for 1 hour.
· This allows to pork to dry out and therefore become crispy.
· Place the pieces onto the Vortex/Duo Crisp baking trays and spray each piece with the olive oilspray.
· Bake at 200C for 12 – 15 mins, turning halfway through cooking.
· Remove from the vortex oven and toss in the sauce.
· To make the sauce add the ingredients to a saucepan and slowly bring to the boil.
· Garnish with fresh coriander and sliced chilli.
