1. Purpose:
   1. 1. Hi Fi Corp is committed to working with its partners to implement initiates that support the well-being of our environment now and for the future.
      2. We understand that these initiatives are not marketing tools but a real commitment to creating a healthier environment.
      3. We acknowledge and accept responsibility to demonstrate good business practice towards our environment.
      4. All our initiatives should be cost effective but impactful.
      5. To achieve our goals.
   2. Each department is responsible for ensuring sustainable practices.
   3. We will consult with our employees about practical initiatives that are cost effective but delivers maximum impact.
   4. We will consider in each initiative the impact on our customers, resources, the bottom line and the environment.
   5. These initiatives will be assessed and documented in the Exco and Annual Report.
      
       
2. Application:
   1. The policy will apply to all employees
      1. Head Office staff.
      2. Operations Field and Store staff
      3. Warehouses
   2. Through the combined efforts of short term projects we will achieve our purpose.
      
       
3. Objective:
   1. The intent of this charter is to ensure due diligence process in our intent to meet our environmental criteria.
   2. The charter will increase our positive foot print on the environment, set guidelines for performance, create awareness and encouragement to achieve our objectives.
      
       
4. Policy:
   1. In all decisions including purchasing and supplier selection HiFi Corp will consider environmental impact and policies:
      1. The usage of recycled and or re-usable materials.
      2. Certification of environmental organizations.
      3. Contain materials of a non-toxic nature.
      4. Have minimal packaging.
      5. Material that are bio degradable.
         
          
5. Waste:
   1. Hi Fi Corp will be aware of its pressure consumption and reduce it wherever possible.
   2. HiFi Corp will ensure that eventually recycling bins are available in all areas of trade.
   3. HiFi Corp will strive towards generating minimal waste and reduce carbon footprint as well as energy consumption.
      
       
6. Employee Dedication:
   1. All HiFi Corp persons in Management Positions will be responsible for ensuring that employees are aware of the principles and charter.
   2. Management is also responsible for the implementation and adherence to this charter.
